I really enjoyed your resume. The format is unique and eye-catching.
Your resume is very professional and well written. My only suggestion would be to shorten the overall length. I would accomplish this by removing your older careers or any that are not directly related to your ideal position.
I like the format of your core competencies and your technical skills. I would limit your resume to two pages with technical skills rounding out the second page.
